Not your ordinary hummingbird feeder.

Hello Everyone, and Good Day. I am going to make this story real quick..

So, I had a bee problem with the hummingbird feeders. Took down the feeders for a few days, went and bought bee friendly flowers.

After 6 days, I,placed only 1 feeder out, just to see if the bees were going to find it.

Luckily they didn’t and they stayed away. Bee problem gone.

So I was sitting at my laptop browsing Ebay for Gardening stuff and Outdoor furniture, stuff like that. After scrolling many pages, something catches my eye.

A hummingbird feeder stuck on a window and it looks like a flower.

Whaaaaaaaa………… I said to myself. That’s super cute!….

Its a plastic tube with a soft clear lid, wrapped in thick copper with a suction cup at the end and its stuck to a window and there’s a flower on the end. As well as a little copper stand for 1 hummingbird to sit.

I click on it. I buy it. $13.00. Received it a few days later. Wash it with hot water. Make sugar water, put it outside.

My Sweetie bird loves it. He is so light the suction cup does not break off from the window. I did have to fix the flower to make sure the hole was big and open enough to drink.

I will soon be posting those photos of him on it, real soon.

Here is the link if you would like to take a look.

Well that is all I wanted to share with everyone!

God Bless you all and take care.

Remember to be kind to one another and treat others, (even if you don’t like them), you treat them as you would like them to treat you. Love one another because we are all struggling together. Talk to your neighbors, Introduce yourself. You live next to eachother. Brotherly kindness.

God Bless.

An Honor to meet you birdie.

Dear Reader,

Today I actually got to witness something super cool. Well to me it is cool.

If you have seen my previous posts you will see that I posted a video titled “1 minute with a hummingbird.” Well that little hummingbird featured in it, is my buddy who visits me everyday. I call it Sweetie.

Today in my kitchen I seen some movement by the feeder, as I went to check what was going on, I seen Sweetie was having a standoff with another hummer. I caught it on Film. Not the greatest Steven Spielberg film, but an Ecclesiasticus Production.

Not my best work, But That’s what I saw.

Now, back to the story. Okay so I am like oh my goodness, I saw that, let me go outside and sit on the chair under the feeder. So I sat there near the feeder and watched these two Hummingbirds chase each other. Back and forth, side to side. It sounded like little jets flying around my yard.

“Purp”, the new guy, is a Lucifer Hummingbird. It actually introduced it self to me as I was sitting near the feeder. It just hovered right up to me in front of my face for a few seconds. We locked eyes. It was the most amazing thing I have ever experienced. I got to see the bird up close. The colors are so vividly beautiful. Full of purple, with a white and grey chest. the back where its wings are is green. It has a white stripe where its eyes are. A beautiful bird indeed.

But Sweetie is still my favorite. No doubt. Sweetie is the whole reason why I got into birding.

Once the two birds were done chasing each other they flew into the tree, chose a branch and they both just sat there together on that branch. Like old friends sharing conversation. I wish I could have taken a picture, but my phone camera is not great quality. I plan on purchasing a camera soon. Pray for me.

Anyways, I just thought I would share my experience with my readers. And I leave you all in prayer.

My Father in Heaven, I want to thank you for your wonderful creations and your beautiful works. I am blessed and honored to experience the birds who have a need for nothing. For your love feeds them and takes good care of them and they have no need for anything. Thank You Lord. I love you and I thank you. May you continue to bless me with your works so that I may share with my fellow brethren. In Jesus Name We Pray. Amen.

1 Minute with a Hummingbird :)

I had the experience of a hummingbird coming by to say hello. It usually comes by everyday. Check out the video above. Enjoy!.

God Bless You all! The Lord uses his creations to inspire us in life to do the will of the Lord.

Matthew 6:26 “Behold the fowls of the air; for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your Heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?”
